A straight skirt and a notched collar are the kind of details that you'll find on a classic dress pattern.
The Ruth dress has a relaxed fit at the bust and sleeves, with a low-cut neckline and waist darts. A 1/2” tie and a snap secure the left bodice to the right side seam, and the straight skirt hits below the knee. Sew this dress in your favorite lightweight or medium-weight wovens, such as lawn, linen, double gauze, or rayon.
