Don’t have a serger? No worries! You can sew Geer entirely on your regular machine using the tips in this video.

Learn to Sew a Mock Neck Dress

Here’s what you’ll need for this project:


  • Greer pattern

  • Your basic sewing toolkit

  • All-purpose polyester sewing thread

  • Ballpoint sewing machine needle

  • Ballpoint twin needle

  • Optional: 1/2 yard (.5 meters) of knit stay tape or knit interfacing
